The company is committed to protecting the personal data of the visitors/customers of the e-shop and to comply with the relevant regulations of EU and national law on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as applicable from time to time.

Each visitor can browse the online store without being asked or obliged to give any personal information. However, in order to place an order, a prerequisite is the disclosure by the user of some personal information. The company does not collect information concerning personal data unless it is provided by the interested visitor voluntarily and on his own initiative. The User undertakes the obligation to declare to the Seller a true e-mail address and shipment of products, while acknowledging that any false statement makes it impossible to perform any of the sales contracts, without prejudice to the Seller forζήτη compensation by the User for any actual damage suffered by this culpable behavior.

The User is solely responsible for keeping the password in the user profile he/she will create. The process is automated and the User acknowledges that the Seller cannot intervene in the process of identifying entrance to the Store, nor can he know the password – user code he has chosen.

The User - Data Subject may, at any time, exercise the rights provided for in the above Regulation and in particular in Articles 12 to 23 thereof and in particular:

a) the right to information and access to the data processed by the Seller

(b) the right to restrict the processing of data;

c) the right to rectification and erasure of part or all of his/her personal data,

and d) the right to object, i.e. to object to the processing of his/her personal data.

It should be noted that the exercise of some of the above rights may not allow the conclusion or completion of the performance of the contract with the Seller. The above data the Seller will mainly process until the completion of the execution of the contract and further some basic information will be retained that proves the lawfulness of the processing by the Seller.

The User has sole and absolute control over this information and may at any time modify or delete it from his/her account - upon contact where - is required without the consent or consent of the Seller. The Seller will delete within 7 days all this data and cancel the User's account. The User at any time is entitled to re-register with a new account.

Also, the same users are provided in a clear and distinct manner with the possibility to object at any time to each User (opt-out / unsubscribe), in an easy way and without any charge through his /her tab / account screen (his profile), but also through any relevant message, in case the User initially did not disagree on this use from the settings of his/her profile - account.

The Seller will keep the User constantly informed about the exercise of his/her rights as a data subject.

The above rights and their exercise are subject to restrictions to the extent that they conflict either in principle or because of the way in which they are exercised by the User with the applicable legislation and other applicable provisions (e.g. retention of User transaction data for reasons of tax - financial transparency of the Seller, retention for proof of consent, etc.).
