You have the ability to change or return a product that will not satisfy you, and replace it with another. According to the general return policy of the company, the customer is entitled to return products and request their replacement within 14 days of the sale and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with and are accompanied by legal documents. In this case, the customer is charged with the corresponding cost of transporting an old and new product, except for delivery to a physical store.

Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law 2251/1994

In addition to the above, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation and returning the products purchased and requesting the refund of his money and only in case the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been violated and are accompanied by the legal documents (receipt, invoice, etc.). The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party other than the carrier indicated by the customer. In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the declaration on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract concluded, the company will refund all the money received from him, except for the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The company will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund as above. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives back the goods or until the customer provides proof that he has sent back the goods, whichever comes first. The customer must send back the goods or deliver them to the physical store of the company, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he declared that he is withdrawing from the contract concluded. The time limit is considered to have been met if the goods are sent back before the end of the 14-day period. In case of withdrawal, the customer will be charged with the corresponding cost of returning the goods, except in cases of return to a physical store as well as in cases where due to the fault of the company the wrong products or products with real defects were sent, in which case the company assumes any cost of transporting the old and new product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – return

The rights of return and withdrawal do not apply in the following cases: · the supply of books by publishing houses in Greece and abroad on the basis of a special order by the consumer; the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as plasticines, markers, etc. · the supply of goods which, by their very nature, are inextricably mixed or linked to other elements; supply of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery; supply of all kinds of magazines.
